During the pandemic lockdown of 2020, people could still communicate and meet
digitally with their loved ones. Yet upon actually meeting each other in the real world
for the first time, we kept saying and hearing, "I just need a hug!"

people and communicating digitally. The realisation of a "special factor" associated
with the physical and real-world meeting, dawned.
