What is Private Stretching?

In our private stretching service, you will be working 1-1 with one of our amazing stretching coaches to develop your body’s flexibility and mobility.

In this 55-minute private session, your coach will take you through passive and active stretching exercises, along with joint strengthening techniques to allow for a deeper range of motion.
