Make a Difference Healthy Snacks/Desserts provides a variety of healthy cakes which cater for a range of dietary requirements. Our repertoire keeps growing with our new Organic Gluten Free Date Slice, Organic Healthy Date and Walnut Cake, Organic Gluten Free Vegan Mince Pies and much more! They can be adapted to be gluten free, nut free, sugar free and vegan friendly. We have a wide range on the menu and are continually developing new cakes to satisfy customers’ requirements.
Healthy Sugar Free Carrot Cake – organic maple syrup, Greek yoghut, organic coconut oil, organic all purpose flour, carrots, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger with a cream cheese frosting with maple syrup and walnuts.
Healthy Sugar Free Carrot Cupcakes – try our cupcakes if you want your own treat (same ingredients)
Moist Gluten Free Spicey Carrot Cake – organic raw cane sugar, organic gluten free flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger, orange zest and a cream cheese maple syrup frosting with walnuts.
Healthy Gluten Free and Vegan Carrot Cake – organic coconut oil, almond milk, maple syrup, organic gluten free flour, warm spices and decorated with cashew and macademia nut frosting.
Gluten Free Tres Leches Cake – organic gluten free flour, evaporated milk, condensed milk, organic raw cane sugar decorated with whipping cream, organic cocoa powder and fresh strawberries.
Gluten Free and Vegan Dark Chocolate Raspberry Cake – Organic gluten free flour, organic raw unrefined sugar, coconut milk and decorated with ganache frosting made from coconut cream, dark chocolate and organic raspberries.
Gluten Free and Vegan Lemon Cake – organic gluten free flour, coconut milk, lemon and lemon zest and decorated with lemon butter cream frosting – vegan butter, powdered sugar and lemon.
Melt in your Mouth Healthy Brownie Cake (100 Aed) – organic butter, organic raw cane sugar, organic eggs, pure cocoa and dark chocolate.
