My name is Lina Hariri, My mother is from Germany and my father was from Syria. I grew up in Dubai in the 80's and 90's, then I moved to the UK for 20 year, and now after three years in Germany back to Dubai. I am an HR Consultant, running a HR Consultancy in Dubai.


I am the work colleague that everyone wants to know. But no one wants to do what I do because it takes a lot of personal time and effort to be there for everyone.
I try to make everyone’s life easier. It’s no different at work. There are not many things that can make a business grow like trust and reliability, and I am proud to be so dedicated to both.
As an HR professional, I know how important my role is in regards to business success. I am committed to providing my clients with the quality solutions they need to realise their HR Strategies and attract and retain the top talent for their business.
